The frame of your new Freego electric bike is guaranteed for 4 years from the date of purchase

Other main cycle parts that are not classed as perishables have a warranty of 1 year

The 17.5 amp Lithium Polymer batteries have a warranty of 2 Years

The 10 amp Lithium Ion Batteries have a 1 year Warranty period

Brake blocks/pads, tyres,lights and cabvles are classed as perishables and should be obtained from your local bike shop

It's simple ...

If during the first 12 months your FreeGo electric bike malfunctions and cannot be repaired within 5 working days by the original supplying Dealer, it will be replaced with a new electric bike.

This guarantee, unique to FreeGo Electric Bikes, demonstrates the confidence in our products and is available to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. The 5 days is 5 days at your FreeGo Dealer not including carriage.

This is in addition to the 12 Months warranty on the parts and 4 years on the frame

When they are collected from the Local FreeGo Dealer, they are tested and ready for use immediately, ensuring you, our customers, are totally satisfied.
